Personalised naturopathy and coaching, lifestyle advice and guidance throughout your journey, plus the ability to access in depth testing, and personalised supplementation or herbal medicine for that extra support while we work toward improving your gut, skin and hormonal health. Please note, this offering is also for males! You are important too.
Laura and Maria work together at Lumi Lounge, sharing the same passions, and have together identified the benefit of offering a combined approach for some of their clients.
Being able to offer this all in one support in an accessible, one stop shop reduces referral wait times and offers you the personalised support you need in one package, providing you with a holistic approach to your health.

An in depth 75 minute initial consultation with Laura and Maria (online or in person) where we will discuss your health history in depth, review what you are currently doing, discuss your goals, and make a personalised plan which will be shared with you and updated following each review.

Weekly check-in contact via WhatsApp with Laura for accountability, navigating hurdles around habit/lifestyle change, and access for any questions or support needed over the course of 6 months.

2x follow up sessions over the course of the 6 months with Maria to review when supplementation, herbal medicine or functional testing was required.
