My passion for holistic health started after going down a health related research rabbit hole with my own health. I was feeling unhealthy, unhappy and had multiple underlying health issues impacting on my ability to manage my weight, hormones, gut and mood.
After seeking support and learning not only what I could do to help myself but also how interested I actually was in nutrition, and holistic health and wellness, I completed my 200hr yoga instructors training and studied Health Coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

I believe all roads to living a healthier life are a journey of ups and downs.
When we embrace the power of a healthy diet, mind and lifestyle, we gain clarity and understanding around what works for us as an individuals. So we can achieve a greater level of overall physical, mental and emotional wellness.
I value movement and sharing new experiences with loved ones as much as I love making a difference in people’s lives.
I’m happy to have a chat anytime about whether health coaching is for you.

Health coaches, nutritionists, and naturopaths play distinct roles in promoting well-being, each focusing on different aspects of health.
A health coach typically emphasises holistic lifestyle changes, offering guidance on exercise, stress management, nutrition and overall wellness. They work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve health goals, navigate diet fads and fostering long-term behavioural changes.
Health coaches often specialise in specific areas of health such as gut health, or weight loss. On the other hand, Nutritionists specialise in dietary choices, providing personalised nutritional advice to optimize physical health. They may address specific dietary needs, allergies, or fertility.
Naturopaths, while also considering nutrition, take a broader approach by incorporating natural therapies and alternative medicine. They focus on supporting the body's inherent ability to heal, often using herbal remedies, acupuncture, and lifestyle adjustments to address underlying imbalances.
In summary, health coaches guide overall well-being, nutritionists concentrate on dietary aspects, and naturopaths integrate natural therapies for holistic health.
